SIT30807 Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - minimum 2 years credit* SIT31007 Certificate III in Hospitality (Catering Operations) -10 months credit SIT31107 Certificate III in Hospitality (Patisserie) -11 months credit. While there is no formal requirement for Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) to be completed prior to entering into the Certificate IV qualification, historically it is assumed that this is the case. The majority of units listed in the Certificate III qualification can be found in the Certificate IV

Notes: Assessors assessing competency standards as part of a Certificate III or IV qualification must hold a commercial cookery qualification as well as having post-qualification work experience in a fully-equipped, commercial kitchen.
