| Other conditions: | All training under the provisions of a training agreement shall be undertaken in paid work time; except in relation to part time trainees under the express provisions of the National Training Wage Award of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, or the National Training Wage (Tasmanian Private Sector) Award of the Tasmanian Industrial Commission. Trainees are to be employed for sufficient hours to complete all requirements of the traineeship, including the on the job work experience and demonstration of competencies. The traineeship period shall be counted as service for the purposes of any relevant Award or any other legislative entitlements. In respect of existing employees who enter into a training agreement, the following shall also apply for the traineeship period. There shall be no reduction of entitlements under an Award, registered agreement or relevant legislation. The period of the traineeship shall be counted as service for the purposes of any relevant Award or any other legislative entitlements. | ||
